Xiaomi Headset Low Volume

After some recent upgrade to windows 10 i ve found that the headphone volume is way too low for me.

So i had this problem that during phonecalls my xiaomi mi note 3 had low volume even though the volume level was at maximum. So i was really puzzled what makes the volume so low. I m using microsoft lx 3000 headsets and have always really liked them. Got the phone yesterday. I m also facing the low volume issue from headphone jack it s quite weak and terrible.
